Question Existing

As Rihanna sang.... "Who am I living for... can I endure some more?"

The economy is past bad; it's execrable. I cringe when I am forced to think of our future. Will things get better? I'm watching CNN right now and the DOW has dropped around -777 today, alone. For those of us who have to have things restated in a more common manner, the -777 drop translates to a $1.2 trillion loss in the Stock Market Value.

Scary, huh?
Who lost the money?
When you look at the television and see that the company you've oh so diligently invested in is suffering more than ever, instinct tells you to pull out before you " kill joy".

Joy was killed a long time ago. A breaking news ticker flashed across my news station when Americans couldn't see their family members because gas prices were too excruciatingly high. Joy was brutally murdered when the financial situation of businesses concerned our government more than a family's. Joy was beheaded and thrown into a ditch when our politicians were too enthralled with the game of politics and did not question how WE could actually benefit from their constant scrutiny and put-downs of each other.

But, there's good news; Joy can be reincarnated. Joy may have been killed but before she was put six feet under, she secretly slipped us doses of these foreign drugs : balance, prosperity, and motivation. We haven't realized it yet, but she gave them to all of us. It is now our job to take it to the bank and cash it. I'm taking my given fortune to the Bank of Agape. I know there's always a spring of wealth flowing through that bank account. Unfortunately, I don't know much about it. I know it's there, but how much and what kind of wealth it is... who knows. Why did Joy decide to leave us with these 3 mysterious "fortunes"?

Well... Joy and I conversed and she said that if we used them in accordance with our Lord and Savior's Will, then all would be well. Balance. How about we, as Americans, balance our time and uses of it. This includes spending more time, now then ever, reading and informing yourself. Joy says no one is going to give you a free ride in life. She says we have to work harder than we think because time is of the essence and it isn't on our side. Time is sustainable as long as we take advantage of it. Joy also said to have prosperity. Not the currency relation to prosperity, but prosperity in life. Prosper in all that you do, she told me. Don't settle for mediocrity; in yourself or others around you. Now, motivation. Joy says for us to motivate one another. She reminded me that we are all God's children and need to pull each other along the beaten path to eventually see the light that comes along with success. Joy said we may not know it, but motivation results from looking past the mere future and recognizing what YOU want to do with your life, and how to get there.

Simple drugs given to common people. If they are so simple, then why are we afraid to sniff them up? Could one smoke them faster and easier than a "joint"? Would it take too much time? Can we not find the paper to light it up in? I know someone on the block who has all the answers on how to inhale this fortune, His name is God. He has the solution to everything. He knows how to fix our economy, but the pitiful thing is we haven't gone to Him in our most crucial points in life. More-so, we've only knocked on his door to receive a gift and not knocked to return the merriness. The question existing still remains, but I know I can endure more of life because I'm here && happy, "Aren't we going to produce an offspring, as a WORLD, to provide us with the many fortunes, as Joy has? Let's name her..... RECOVERY."
